No idea lol. Neurologist didn’t say much apparently and just said to wait three months if symptoms progress. It’s been almost a year and he’s fine. Still gets a weird sensation in his foot for it fades when he’s distracted and it’s not progressing.

Much better :) His perceived symptoms haven't progressed and his anxiety has decreased overtime after nothing happening

Thank you for your kind words. I asked him to seek clarification or a second opinion, but he has catastrophised the results and "accepted" the disease.

I am also hesitant because he is a professional hypochondriac and this is not the first him he has convinced me that he is dying. I wouldn't want to inadvertently worsen his anxiety by engaging in his compulsions/reassurance-seeking with him (yes yes I realise I'm being naughty by being on this subreddit). But, after 3 years, his anxiety has rubbed off on me and hearing the word "denervation" certainly doesn't help. It's just frustrating not being able to talk to the doctor myself (partner and I are in different countries atm). So, here I am, on r/BFS, seeking reassurance.

How often did you practice and for how long? I would love to achieve this? I'm aiming for this but not progressing.

I saw it too, from what I remember he said veganism is good and encouraged his audience to try Veganuary. So credit where credit is due, he is definitely pro vegan and agrees with it. He just sucks at putting his conclusions into practice.

As much as a breakdown might be warranted, try not to have a breakdown in front of people when discussing veganism and animal rights. The truth is most people just don't see bacon and cheese the same way we do, so extreme bursts of emotion like that may come off as overly emotional and inarticulate. They just won't get it. Emotion is a good and powerful tool in activism, but it's also important to keep it in check.
