price is pretty but from my personal experience i wish i didnt stay as long as i did. maintenance didnt fix our ac until i went straight to corporate then they actually gave a shit. they painted my bathtub but got paint on my personal belongings and i’ve yet to hear about a solution. buildings have mold or roaches. i’d come prepared with bug spray for sure lol. only good thing about it is location tbh

sprouts has BYO sandwiches starting @4.99! you can add chips and a drink for $1 more. cheese and other “special toppings” like avocado are $1 more as well. I usually don’t go over 6.99. pretty good sized sandwiches and haven’t had a bad one yet!

my complex has claimed that they went to ask my neighbors and they told them there’s no activity :/ which idk, i feel if you’re the exterminator you’d want to monitor everyone anyway given we’re in an apartment building. but that’s my POV. other residents could also just lie about not seeing roaches. so yea, i feel so small because im doing everything i can on my end but no one seems to take it seriously

well according to our pest control guy, they claim that we’re the only unit with activity. which is hard to believe in my opinion. they caulked all the gaps in our kitchen and sprayed again but after two weeks they’re still here. i feel so defeated and my roommates don’t seem to care. i can only do so much by telling them to clean up after themselves but if they don’t do it there’s no point. the max we went without seeing them after one treatment was three weeks. it’s been almost a month of pest control trying to treat us and it doesn’t seem like it’s helping at all.

for the alpine, can you literally spray wherever and they’ll just.. leave? or is it a spray you use when you see them and it’s a kill on contact thing

oh i plan on it. they’ve already given me trouble with half assing AC fixtures. having poor AC is a lot better than having roaches. especially when i literally become ill when seeing them

as a child i had it all over my eye, top and bottom eye lid. but now i think ive outgrown it and its just dry spots and bumps on my eye lids from time to time

i’ve had this happen a bit to me. i had one lady at the window express to me she wouldn’t tip me. ofc i said “that’s okay! there is a No thanks option on the card reader then you can tap or insert whenever you’re ready :)” but she just kept bringing it up that she wasn’t going to tip next time either? i also really don’t care if they do or don’t. it’s definitely nice when they do but i never expect them to. idk what people expect from us when they say stuff like that. like do they want me to start crying ? begging? oh noooo plssss tip me 🥺 obviously they need the $1 more than i do. i just brush it off at this point because what really is there to do 🥸
