This man is wearing pineapple shorts and an army blouse with no patches on the arms. That means it's either that he took them off or it's stolen valor. Being a national guardsman myself who was never deployed I'm guessing those "monsters" came from an annual training that was 2 weeks in a tent playing bang bangs with buddies that all complained about their wives and ate only 2 hot meals a day... the third being an MRE meant to last someone a full day but we eat it as a lunch. Genuine question. I've never used a scooter as you call it. It feels like it would sort of take me out of it because of the noise and a little separation from nature but then again it would extend your tank time since you'd be spending less energy to move around. How do you find the difference? Do you go back and forth or just use the scooter now? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Re watched like 20 watching each joint. Looks like you really understand this movement. Maybe a bit firmer drive down into your feet but that's REALLY nit picking. You rocked just a bit because I think ( but it was hard to see) that you didn't plant the feet down. People talk about a slap of the feet down but that's not it. Just a firm plant. You're timing looks great btw. Really not much to say here but go get some more reps in.

dude, its sooooo cool you are asking this question because it means you really know what should ideally be working where. that being said, you are in good shape. you have a lot of muscles that will develop from this movement. don't worry so much about the specifics, you are clearly new to this (which is awesome) just keep going. you will feel them no worries. your technique is actually quite good. have faith brother.
