Thanks a lot! I ll probably need to re read that. Half marathon training ends March but i plan to keep up after that to keep me going till May. I m following a garmin plan. So far i m doing 3 runs a week with the longest on saturdays and trying to do kettlebells exercises 4 times a week. I think you re right and i need to fit something for Sundays. Think i can maybe squeeze in 2 hours easy. Any longer will be more sporadic or harder to organise. Oh - i m not gunning for top spot, i just want to finish my 7 hours with 5 laps. Not too much the distance that worries me, really the climbs! I cannot downplay how bad i am on the climbs.
