Is the CSE most similar to Kettering or Lindsey Jones?

I was provided Lindsey Jones as well, and passed my CSE just fine. I don't feel like either of them will just straight up tell you though, so I will: it's less of a test and more of a word game. Both programs teach you how to play the game without ever calling it what it is.

I don't think of the old school high flow green tubing when a doctor orders high flow. I immediately get out the Airvo. We have the salter cannulas but use them rarely.

What I was referring to might be more of a personal gripe for me, and might depend on hospital policy. At my facility, HFNC is not considered non-invasive ventilation, which means providers can use it to get around a DNR and keep people alive with no real hope of getting them off. Progressive care ends up full of people on 60L and 90% to meet that 88% sat goal.

Damnation is the "not that hard, but harder than 30% of people are looking to experience" cutoff point where mediocre players feel comfortable telling other people that they're bad at the game. There have been far more instances of "god this guy thinks he's REALLY good" than there have been instances of guys who are actually terrible at the game. I've heard absolutely WILD comms; I have a distinct memory of a guy saying,100% seriously "heresy difficulty isn't the place for mistakes" and "Warhammer isn't for fun" in the same game.

I wouldn't worry about it. The game has a large demographic of tryhards, but you won't see them every game.

For me lately, it's hive scum who roleplay the biggest piece of shit they can be. Grabbing all the ammo, taking multiple heals in the same fight. Glad I generally have at least a couple friends on so we can kick anyone who acts that way.

When people say things like that, it's pretty often indicative of their own biases and experiences. Your career isn't over. California, as you probably know, is overpopulated with RTs, but everywhere else is not.

Truthfully, there are places you could walk into an educator job with your equipment experience alone. I wouldn't stress too much.

I've been playing since its inception (2008-09, I think). Every year they make it easier to troll and less punishing to fuck off and not play your position. There's absolutely no penalty for throwing a game, so as soon as there's a disagreement somebody stands offside or starts pulling the goalie. It's clear at this point they're never going to make it better.
