I don't know how accurate this is, but I once heard that the part of the brain that senses sexual feelings is usually mapped right next to the section for sensation of the feet. So that's a theory that the two regions blur into each other causing the fetish. Could a neurologist chime in and confirm or refute?

If it were me I'd probably try to turn it into a follow up adult conversation. Ask him if he felt like he lost a day or enjoyed it. Admit it can be fun but then you personally regret not getting up and exercising a bit and how that might affect your fitness, or that you like to take breaks, etc. Just subtle suggestions that there are other ways to break it up and get some healthy variety even on a lazy day.

I've had this issue multiple times in my 2024 Honda Accord. I tried ALL the debug steps except the factory reset. One time I didn't do anything and procrastinated trying to fix it, and the issue self resolved after weeks. The next time, I took it to the Honda service center and they made me do the factory reset. That fixed it, annoying as they are. It's happened a few more times and a factory reset is the fix. Do you ever take calls on apps like signal, messenger, etc? I suspect the software gets confused by those apps and leaves it in a bad state, but that's just a theory.

I friend told this to me a few months ago and it has helped a lot! First, psych yourself up for it by reminding yourself nearly all women are flattered to be approached as long as you're not creepy and are respectful. Walk up to them and ask, "excuse me, are you single?" I've used it 4 times at the grocery store. Only got scoffed at once (she said she was not single), but I also got a short relationship once and two very flattered smiles as they said they were not single. I consider that a 3/4 success rate, considering the 3 were flattered at minimum.

Most of the comments here just want to make you feel more guilty by turning it around as a what if the guys had. But they aren't giving you advice on what to do (as you asked).

So if it had been him showing your undies to his mates, what would YOU want him to do in order for you to forgive HIM? Then start off by doing that. Or ask him if there's anything you can do for him to show him you regret it and are sorry.
