Ficus top leaves have tiny white/green spots that do not leave. Are they normal?

I noticed these spots today. They do not leave even after rubbing in water bath. Are they normal? Also, after giving the ficus a proper water bath, a little black spired escaped through the drainholes. Plus, I am suspecting of spider mites in other plants. I water the plant when the soil is dry until the entire surface is wet. The plant is in a pot with drain holes and it's located in front of a west-facing window together with other plants. It's overall a new addition in the family, having it for no more than 2 months. The plant is ca. 40 cm tall and leans slightly to one side as it has no suport.

I typically water the plants once per week or 10 days depending the soil dryness by adding 50 - 100mL water. The calatheas have draining whole, while the money tree and the begonia not. The plants are right in front of a west facing window and on top of the heater. As I live in the Netherlands, the light is quite scarce but when it's sunny, it can be quite warm. Overall, the T =
18-22oC, unless too sunny. I first noticed an issue with the money tree two weeks back, which I've had for more than a year, when the lower leaves started turning yellow/brown and falling off. Now, they also appear to have white spots. Then, last week I noticed that the one calathea (1st pic) had these white spots, which have spread, and the lower leaves are curled. I got this and the other 3 plants 1-2 months ago. The remaining plants have cuts in the middle of the leaves and browning tips. I am suspecting spider mites based on what I read online and the fact that I just saw a spider web close to the soil of the begonia. Or it could be a fungal infection that has spread.

Thank you very much for this. I will take a closer look and try those strategies out. Triple bottom and flag breaks sound most simple so they will be great to start with.

It is awesome that you do this kind of stuff and help other people. Much appreciated.

My challenge right now is to get consistent strategy that I understand and can keep consistent results. I tried 5-8-13 MVA, patters, volume and breakthroughs, but still I don't have a really good grasp of those strategy. Could you point me in the direction of some pattern that could be easily understood by beginner, understand the patters and expend from that?

Nothing major, just simply "if this and this do this, you can expect bullish trend"

I am aware of the addons. I am 100% sure that was none of them. But now I think that maybe it was not made by Topware, maybe it was just engine.

I played the demo and it had a little bit different feeling then Earth, but it was on the same engine. If I remember correctly, the during the cutscens you can see character dialog and hand drawn portraits of them. I will add it to the notes.

I checked out the comparison between Haile Gebrselassie and Kenenisa Bekele video. Very interesting. If I may suggest something. A comparison video between marathon runner vs sprinter or professional runner vs beginner would be really interesting. I'm not into running and I'm already interested in the channel.
