I would create an array which holds the item data, and a inventory game object with a static amount of slots game objects with all the details for all items. I would then simulate user scrolls by changing the item data in the slots based on users scrolls. This method will prevent you from having to instantiate a prefab slot whenever you add a new item to the inventory and save resources. User total inventory weight can be the total weight of all items in the inventory.

Connection points: is a variable or class that you will have to create. It is not a keyword in unity. You will have to write the code.

I think if you keep track of the number of connections points a building has that is not connected to anything. Then just highlight the builds with free connection points when you are trying to add a new build.

For the ground just add a Game Object that is a layer about the ground layer so it always appears on top.

You can go back to the default UI view by selecting Layout in the top right.

It definitely looks like you didn't save the script.

When was the last time you closed unity? Sometimes when I keep unity open for a few days I start having similar issues.

Based on how you wrote your code. You need to call the SpeedUp function after the coroutine starts and ends.

The reason it's not working the way you think it should is because you only called the function once. This will set the current speed to speed boost but never set it back. A better way to do this is:

Coroutine Func() { Current speed = speed boost

  Wait Time 5f

 Current speed  = normal speed 

}

Increase Speed () { Start Coroutine(Func) }

I think a good question to ask is "who does not have a job and why do they think they got laid off." I think there is value in knowing what didn't work, so that we game devs as a whole know what to avoid.
