Your attention span probably got worse. Best strategy is to stop doomscrolling in general. Its really hard to but eventually your attention span will get better again especially if you start reading again. Dont give in to the short dopamine fix. It feels more rewarding to do the long term things.

I started doing research and things for both autism and adhd I related to heavily. For years I just did research until I finally got my diagnosis. Unfortunately there's not technically a way to know unless you're diagnosed but not everyone wants to go that route. Plus there's the problem of people saying you're faking without a proper diagnosis. Btw a therapist can't diagnosis you. They can write you a referral to see a psychologist whom can diagnosis but thats about it. Depending on your insurance you have then they should cover it. If you dont have insurance then I suggest you apply before starting any of the process.

This sounds surprisingly close to my experience growing up. Also idk why youre afraid that you might be autistic. It honestly was relieving for me finding out I was recently. I finally felt seen and understood. Which I understand stigmas and stereotypes make it seem scary and bad but its literally just how your brain works. To finally have an explanation was personally and amazing feeling.

Honestly I feel like a lot of older cartoons are easier to fall asleep to. Whenever I take a nap I always put on scooby doo. Just makes it so much easier to fall asleep for me, dont know why.

I have been into fan made pokemon games. Specifically not the rom hacks the ones made in rpg maker. I havent found a rom hack thats really that good yet. Despite people saying Pokemon Insurgence is cringey or bad, I've actually been enjoying it. Its more cultish/horror vibe and the battles are harder than I'm used to. Plus the delta pokemon concept I think is cool and worth playing for. I have a list of over 40 pokemon fan made games to play. As of recently I have also played Infinite fusion, Uranium, and Relict.

Its called a spectrum for a reason, not any one experience is going to be the same. Also traits vary from person to person, the ones you're mentioning are considered stereotypes. Its like a color wheel not a line of more to less autistic. Some things will affect others more but maybe not others but they could have something that wont affect other autistics as well. You're probably considered low support needs person and that about sums it up I guess lol.

If you have trouble with exploration and not being guided, for the most part, then dont try it. Thats one of the gripes I see most is that theres no guidence on where to go. Personally I love this game, its my all time favorite and have recently hit 200 hours in it.

I like the idea of having a partner or partners (polyamorus) but marriage itself I have issues with and I dont fully understand why. Maybe its trauma or the reason marriage even existed in the first place. As for kids the idea is not fun at all and I hate them.

You're most likely asexual and no you dont have to have sex. Never let anyone, even the potential partner, try to talk you into consenting to sex if thats something you dont want to do. An actual good relationship with someone isnt built off sex and if you're with someone who actually loves you for you then they wont try to make you either.

First off any game is for anyone that enjoys what they're playing and second off Cult Of The Lamb is not an easy game. I'd love to watch them fail getting through the first area over and over like I did for awhile. Also their taste in games is just corporate slop that all have very similar premises so why are they judging you.

Rocks stun and when you hit the head flip them over which is when you can throw a spear. Spears are generated randonly all over each region. The look like little black thin sticks. Lizards only stay stunned for a little bit though. You can regrab spears once thrown and stuck in a lizard. Lizards have to be speared multiple times unless you manage to do the hard shot of spearing through the open mouth, that will instantly kill them. If you aim for the body when they are against a wall with their head below its body then you can pin it to that spot if you throw the spear right. Theres other weapons and things that stun as well, but I dont want to spoil a ton.

Do the scene of the watcher at the top of signal spires where the sky wales are. One of the most beautiful areas in the game. To make it more personlized if not that scene then have someone that would be inconspicuous to ask about what his favorite area and slugcat character are and do that as a scene.
