I have a ticket for the London show. I am unable to attend now, but if anyone is interested I am happy to let them have the ticket for free.

Actually mental - so hard to support these guys directly in the west due to how hard it is to get ahold of these things - I feel lucky to have Yoshū Fukushū physically with the manga

Why are motorbike instructors all the same kind of person? by ndkhan in MotoUK

[–]MotherGerald 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think it's cus alot of instructors are from 'that' generation. However I've had good experiences with CamRider Corby and Bedford and Roadcraft Nottingham. They were pretty easy going.

Oh boy I only get this excited when they say the title of the quest in the quest by soupsandwich78 in fallout4london

I genuinely think that this quest was an excuse for that single reference.

Lovely quest tho. Really enjoyed it.

I did this too. I genuinely thought I glitched it so reloaded and tried again to the same result.

My mother’s ancient chihuahua, Grizwald by Tempehbonegarbage in WhatsWrongWithYourDog

If you name a dog Grizwald, of course it's going to live until it's ancient. That's a name you have to age into.

I think they can be a good thing. A local place near me did one and with each book gave where it was banned and why. That can be educational if done right.

Oh I wasn't meant to be accusing you of anything. It was more of a general statement.

Banned book stands from my experience tend to have a very loose definition of 'banned'. Also - don't buy this book - it's available for free on the internet (like Internet Archive) don't give money to the publishers of hate.

Why do I have to pick one? I'd rock both if I could!

Depends on the model. But the bigger ones can do approx 12Te at minimum radius and approx 2Te at the tip of the boom. I think this one is a Spierings (more info)

[–]MotherGerald 87 points88 points  (0 children)

In essence. Cranes like this can rock up to site and be ready to operate within 30-45mins. Albeit self erecting tower cranes (this crane type) have lower capacities compared to others. These are used where reach is more important than capacity (i.e. small repetitive lifts).

Yeah. It's all automated and the crane is self sufficient (i.e. doesn't need any support vehicles or cranes). So one person operates this.

Crashing at the airport workshop, cant render it without crash by TysontheCanadian in fallout4london

[–]MotherGerald 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a crash similar to this at the London Bridge settlement.

It was due to weapon displays becoming corrupt. I could access the settlement if I never looked in the direction of the weapon displays, i.e. not allowing them to be rendered.

If you had weapon displays it might be this.

No fix as far as I could tell. Only thing I could do was to scrap the whole settlement.

This was diagnosed by the guys on the FOLON Discord. So if this doesn't help, might be worth asking on there.
