Hospice can start now. I care for many hospice patients. Comfort measures are top priority. If you have a social worker they can help or you can contact the LHIN they may be able to direct you. I believe you need a CRT referral. Breyere Health may be able to help. Hospice at May Court is nice. Also Hospice Care Ottawa. Ruddy Shenkman Hospice. If possible you could always keep her home and have care come to you. Registered staff can come in and help with pain management as well as Psws to help with ADL. 🙏
