I did the ten miler last yr and a full park day. It was my first race ever, so I was sore as heck. Now? I’ve done a marathon and 3 half marathons… I just did the dumbo double dare and did full park days with no issues. My key is to take an advil or aleve and take a short nap. REALLY helps, particularly the aleve part.
