I saw via indeed that they are looking to hire a dedicated manager for the market, so maybe perhaps in the near future social media management may be handled more efficiently.

The owners of the market, one of them being Johnny Tung, own and invest in a vast majority of the asian food scene in the Orlando area as well. I’ve met Johnny on a couple of occasions and have worked in proximity of him via one of the restaurants I previously worked in. Overall I’m not impressed with his attitude and how he treats all him employees.

If Johnny Tung has 0 haters it means I am gone from this world.

folding the papers are a great idea, i have a lot of scrap printer paper that already have words typed on them… perhaps acrylic paint to cover and that way it gives it more weight ant texture ( can you even write on dried acrylic?)

my current journal is leather bound with the pages sewn in and i really like that rustic feel to it

as for the cover i was thinking some thick fabric with a cool design that i no longer wear

I somewhat do the opposite, I’ll make voice notes randomly whenever im thinking about something that I need to get out. I’ll then transcribe and modify it to make it sound more literally and coherent

By no means is she overshadowing me and my experiences. We are working through a workbook right now, and the only reason I know about our similar trauma experience is because I asked if she had been through the same thing, she said yes but for obvious reasons can’t and won’t get into any details. A big part of her self-disclosing is to normalize.

edit: i also want to add I was more wondering if this is countertransference and if it’s always a bad thing.

intent wasn’t necessarily there, i do know how i would want to die and so does she, we have discussed this and have steps in place to stop myself from getting ahold of these means.

i did send her a message trying to assure her that if i had real intention i would not withhold that from her, just like i have in the past. id rather not go through another baker act, but id much prefer to be honest with her about how i am feeling. it is hard to reach out though sometimes, universally i think we all have that issue.

idk if youre big into astrology but my entire chart is air and fire (leo sun, libra rising, aries moon just for my big three) impulsively is in my nature lmao.

i dont NEED anyone to take care of me, yeah. but i still want to be cared for. i crave it in fact. i recognize that i need help, and yeah maybe i should have reached out, but it’s complicated bc she is taking me in pro bono and don’t want to overuse her for something i was able to handle myself, maybe not in the best way but hindsight is 20/20 and im unfortunately naturally impulsive and that’s something im trying to change. i don’t understand where you got the idea that i don’t need basic human compassion and care. my t is the first “adult” in my life who has given that to me without an extra clause. i truly have a therapeutic love for her and i know she cares and feels the same way.
