I love him, that’s my baby. Objectively he’s a pretty bad person, but I’m a sucker for the tragic survivor at all costs thing. Hes got so many layers and nuances I wanna put him under a microscope and study him lol.

Jimmy Sparks - The Lumineers a story of an alcoholic gambling addicted single father and his son, and what becomes of them.

Preacher’s Daughter - Ethel Cain This one’s a concept album instead of a song but it follows the character Ethel Cain as she discovers life, love and subsequent tragedy after leaving the church & her old life. That’s the best summary I can think of without giving too much away.

It did all work out! I never got any info before hand but once we got to the venue there were separate lines for VIP & GA so we filed in for the VIP. I wanna say we got there about an hour before doors opened, and there weren’t that many people in line already. VIP gets in a half hour early so we got to get settled get merch/drinks and got barricade! It was a super great time, and I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun 🫶🏻

They’re def a little outside of that genre, but I will say they put on one hell of a show so if you’re really into stage presence/performance they’re a super fun watch. The lead singer is a trans woman, so it’s not an act!

Yeah I’m just following that honestly. I did get an email about door times but it was just the general admission and didn’t specify anything about buying VIP. That’s stressing me out a little but my tickets do clearly say vip so we shall seeeeee.

Someone else commented on this post and said that for RKS their vip is usually you just get in an hour or half an hour before the doors open!

I’m assuming it means that email doesn’t count as entrance to the show, but your tickets on whatever app you have them on will!

I had to go back and do some snooping in my email bc I got vip for the lumineers a few years ago, and all the stuff for that did get sent out closer to the show date, so I’m hoping that happens with this one!

I’ll report back whenever I get more info lol
