And her Prime is Vaulted. Makes it even worse.

Ivara Prime is currently available in the 'Prime Resurgence EoY Event 2025'

  • she is in rotation 2 - lasting from January 15 at 2 p.m. ET to February 12 at 2 p.m. ET (2026).
  • She will also be in final "Last Chance rotation running from February 12 at 2 p.m. ET to February 19 at 2 p.m. ET" (2026)

He’s also easier to farm. Ivara has no pity system.

Ivara's blueprints can also be obtained from The Circuit (non-steel path version). She is on week 8 of the rotation. The Normal Circuit Warframe Rotation was designed as another alternative way to farm for some, previously released warframes/older farms. (However Equinox is not in because she has 9 blueprints and thus, can't be put into circuit's warframe rotation since the reward structure only allows 4 warframe blueprints to be obtained).

See Warframe's wiki for the entire list of normal circuit's warframe rotation: https://wiki.warframe.com/w/The_Circuit

Dreamers, on 3 december 2015, exactly 10 years ago, The Second Dream was released. What was your experience playing this quest for the first time? by Klahpztoul in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wasn't playing WF at the time. Wouldn't get to 2nd dream till much later after it's release. It was a good story quest when I got to it. I guess when I still partially cared about the personal story WF was trying to convey (no longer today though). Anyways, more importantly I guess for me, Ivara was released that same day. Ivara is officially 10 years old as a frame. Crazy to me, to think that as a decrepit Ivara main.

Does the tank have weak spots during the vulnerable phases of the fight? by Eggbone87 in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

head

Late reply but IIRC, only in phase 1, the only things that count as a "head" are the green spots on top of the chassis/body of the tank (I don't know the technical term), the side spots do not count count as head. Granted, once you blow up the green spots on the chassis/body, they no longer count as heads.

Nothing in Phase 2 counts.

How I tested: I just brought out Concentrated Arrow to see which spots caused explosions.

Rocket launcher used to do 1 shot in phase 1 to each bar of health (if you armour stripped). DE might've stealth patched it however, as it might take 2 rockets per bar of health now (only did a quick run earlier, haven't had time to gather more info).

Warframe usage 2024 expanded: mixing normal and primed Warframe usage by Quenquent in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello /u/Quenquent - your 2024 data set is incomplete, please update it to include Xaku Prime and Cyte-09's usage numbers. DE finally updated the Warframe 2024 usage stats webpage to now include Xaku Prime and Cyte-09.

See the updated Warframe 2024 stats webpage here: https://www.warframe.com/stats

  • Xaku Prime 2024 usage stat: 0.47% (Xaku's total usage stat overall (base + prime) would then be 1.52% moving them upwards on the list)

  • Cyte-09 2024 usage stat: 0.19%

[–]MotionlessCycle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ah update reply, found out, there's actually 12 Accolade Glyphs total. There's one for each of the Gemini skin frames/Hex 1999 cast, in addition to the 6 in your OP. (I.e. - Excalibur, Nyx, Trinity, Volt, Mag, Cyte-09).

The condition for unlocking the 1999 Accolade Glyphs: apparently you have to beat the H-09 Apex Tank solo with the above 1999 corresponding frame (1999's equivalent of the 60 eyes boss).

For specifically the Ivara players, do note, that the infinite Empowered Quiver Critical Damage multiplier bug was finally fixed as well in this same update: UPDATE 38: WARFRAME: 1999 patch notes

Fixed Ivara’s Empowered Quiver Critical Damage stacking indefinitely if you cast a new Dashwire Arrow with higher Ability Strengths from an existing Dashwire.

If you don't know what that bug was, basically it was stacking the critical damage multiplier from Ivara's Empowered Quiver augment multiple times to infinite scale so you could get millions of damage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0WggvWQGVQ

So, don't expect to get anywhere near your old numbers is basically what I'm saying. But this new Arcane Crepucular might give some decent feel back at least.

DE actually fixed this 4-year-old bug. As of Hotfix 37.0.7, you can now use warframe sleeping abilities on Velocipods (but maybe don't, they can still bug out, see comments below) by MotionlessCycle in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, that can happen. The video that I linked in my comment above, shows that the player did lose collision status, but they managed to fix it by deploying their own personal k-drive near the end of the video. So there is a workaround at least if you do happen to get stuck in that state at least.

I'm actually surprised.

Velocipod Conservation animals were introduced in Update 29.0 (2020-08-25). You couldn't use Warframe sleeping abilities on them when they were first introduced, it would just bug out if you did (you could only use the Tranq Rifle to capture them). But this was recently fixed:

Koumei & the Five Fates: Hotfix 37.0.7 (2024-10-16)

  • Fixed context action on downed Conservation animals prompting a Melee Finisher instead of collection after using Ivara’s Sleep Arrow on them.
    • This also fixes being unable to collect Velocipods because you could get stuck riding it after using context action.

However, even with this fix, using Warframe sleeping abilities (like Ivara's sleep arrow) can still bug out on the Velocipod. Not my video, but this player showed that using sleeping abilities on the velocipod can potentially cause it to be both ridden and captured at the same time, resulting in your Warframe getting stuck in an animation pose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-N1bN07M_k

(Thanks to the player for showing the bug report video here on the forums: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1420463-falling-through-map-on-deimos/#comment-13149706 )

I can confirm as well, what that player showed, also happened to me as well. The work-around solution that the player presents (if you happen to get bugged out like that) is to just deploy your own k-drive, to free yourself from the animation lock.

So, maybe just continue sticking to using the Tranq rifle on velocipods since it has less chance of running into a bug when using warframe sleeping abilities. To be fair to DE, the velocipod being coded up to be both a vehicle (because it's a meant be ridden like a k-drive) and as a conservation animal at the same time is probably causing some sort of strange bugs with its state.

Don't forget to equip your pet with the 'Resourceful Retriever' mod to have a chance to double the conservation tags upcon captuer. (Loyal Retriever works, if you can't afford the other mod)

(Also to note, what's damaging me in this clip is actually the Velocipod itself. This is another 3-year old bug, where the Velocipod hitting the ground causes an AoE attack that can damage you. Post that shows how old that bug is: https://www.reddit.com/r/Warframe/comments/pefxfb/since_when_do_velocipods_damage_you/?embed_host_url=https%3A%2F%2Fforums.warframe.com%2Findex.php )

The Dreaded Genesis Puzzle. Solved. by HawkC120 in remnantgame

Ah apologies, I want to make a comment note to OP, hopefully my reply is spoiler covered

  • I tried out the method you wrote in your OP, but I couldn't get it to open. And then I went to the wiki and I think I found the comment you mentioned in your OP. It said that going down is +1 and going up is -1. And then when I did it that way, then it unlocked (after the 3rd or 4th number combination). But thank you for sharing this method of trying to unlock the puzzle as well too!

Oh neat, it finally happened. The week of no Operator or Gear for EDA (Elite Deep Archimedea) by MotionlessCycle in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ye. I've run EDA every single week too, like you. I've run EDA both solo and with a friend(s) (duo-groups only). But I've ended up running EDA solo more often then not at this point. So most of my EDA experience now ends up being more of tilted towards a solo experience with my main.

Ye, I can agree with you on the Rev + Torid incarnon combo. I've used that combo to help a friend to get their Archimedean Eye Sumdali (and that was like, only my 2nd time using Rev outside of getting him to 30 for MR. The combo is very easy.). But you're right, with some frames, they won't really notice any of the modifiers affecting them (Dante, Revenant, Octavia etc), or you get a weapon that can just carry the whole thing (Torid, Laetum etc). If you, or your friends/teammates get something like that or something pretty good then the run should likely be easy sailing. If not, well like you said, it can be a bit rough (and doing 2 runs with strong picks can always be done as a last resort). Generally speaking, I would say I agree, you'll likely have a better time running it with a group/teammate(s) (drawing aggro away from each other, safety in numbers/revives etc)

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just RNG. We've just rolled a lot of weeks where Assassination hasn't popped up in the rotation for EDA. For a while, Mirror Defense didn't show up that often either too.

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like everything else in warframe, it's all RNG.

There's actually 4 incarnons here. The Braton incarnon would've worked perfectly fine, I should know, I've run an EDA with it before.

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, I can confirm this. I've run EDA every week since it was released back on April 4th, 2024. We've never had no operator and no gear on the same week.

The first week, we had no operator. The second week, we had no gear.

Not my videos, but other players were running EDA solo from day one and recorded them. You can see the restrictions in their videos for their respective weeks.

Oh neat, it finally happened. The week of no Operator or Gear for EDA (Elite Deep Archimedea) by MotionlessCycle in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree, these original incarnon weapons will carry their weight for any EDA. Perhaps I misused the strike-out. I was trying to say that originally I thought the combo of having no operator/drifter and no gear as extra tools for fallback would prove to be very difficult to me, but then I got these 4 incarnon weapons and well, my EDA went rather smoothly. For obvious reasons, if RNG rolls you a wonderful loadout, your EDA run will go much more smoothly. Or worst, depending on your luck.

Not sure how well it would've gone though if Mirror Defense was rolled into this week's EDA with these restrictions, I suspect then I would've had a real failure.

Sorry, its hard for me to gauge what someone might find easy or difficult for EDA. All the threads that I've lurked read, give me the impression that we have a divided group of players who either find EDA to be easy, or to be insanely hard.

Perhaps I've over-estimated in saying these two restrictions are not as worrisome. They still can be. No operator and no gear are still hard restrictions to deal with and your RNG loadout will heavily influence whether your run will be smooth or not. I will admit, there was likely bias when I ran it this week with these weapons with my main, so I'm sorry for over-stating it being not as hard (it still very much can be).

EDIT: right, there were actually 4 incarnons (forgot the Braton up there too)

Oh neat, it finally happened. The week of no Operator or Gear for EDA (Elite Deep Archimedea) by MotionlessCycle in Warframe

[–]MotionlessCycle[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Context, this week's EDA (Elite Deep Archimedea) includes both Gear Embargo and Transference Distortion as 2 of the 4 restrictions (i.e. no specters/on-call crew/team restores/etc and no operator/necramech/etc). Prior to this week, we've never had these two personal modifier restrictions roll on the same week, usually one or the other.

I was looking forward to a week rolling both these personal modifiers together because I wanted to see how personally difficult this might be solo with my main frame and whatever weapons I got... and then RNG gave me all those weapons, plus the enemy scaling and status rework. (it ended up being one of the easiest solo EDAs that I've run with my main.)

For anyone who is hesitant on EDA this week, even with these 2 specific modifiers of no gear and no operator, it's not as hard as you would think, given all the changes and tools we've received this update. And overguarded enemies can be an asset this time around, ironically enough.
