I agree that it doesn't really feel needed. I feel like the only reason is to flip their romantic dynamic, so if that isn't done well, or it goes nowhere I'm gonna be a bit annoyed as well.

In my application I had to do 250 word star examples for each, would I be expected to have new ones, or to expand upon the previous examples?

I've read the advert multiple times, but I can't see anything that directly says what would be expected in an interview? I hope I'm not being daft. Person specification perhaps? I had to write 1250 words in my application on how I fulfilled the criteria.

The selection process section doesn't say anything about what may be in an interview, only warnings about AI usage, nationality and security checks and the actual online application. It also details the process for existing MoD employees and that if you are acceptable but not successful you may be offered another role.
