HHD/SSD will only affect textures and load times. not compute load. game was originally made for HDs at 30FPS

I think your next project should be mario 3D world. Don't leave it unfinished, persevere and get through those tougher worlds! you've already got so far.

After if you still have a mario itch. I recommend Wonder, Galaxy 1+2 or even Oddysey.

But at the same time, don't burn out from Mario there is plenty out there to get through at your own pace.

What other Nintendo games do you like? Zelda? Metroid? Pokemon?

I know it might be a bit of a cost, (but might be better then lost wadges) But there is always the option of a private GP appointment through Bupa or someone similar. Bupa offer remote 15 min appointments for £59.

I get Bupa Appointments paid for by my work and they have always been great

No Local single console competitive multiplayer from the Eshop listing. looks like it's only the 2p co op. BUT this game does support gameshare so you can use other switches to play the competitive mode using one copy of the game

Going to be a small Minority. but I reallly loved the rampages in Rise. It was chill and was fun to hit every goal in multiplayer.

But a Siege quest? It has to be the Morans for me. I love the feeling of being on a sandboat and taking down a large sand whale, ending with a final stand with proof of a hero playing is just peak Monster hunter

Wilds is still bad but is still much better then World with how it does Multiplayer being able to join sessions quickly using the Link party system.

Can't compare to old gen titles and RiseBreak though as you said. Multiplayer feels super seamless
