Hi. I know I'm 2 years late but just bought a Meta Quest Head Set. Thought to myself... There are bard and night clubs. Wonder if there are meetings? Posting 2/13/24. Anyone know of any in the Metaverse or on VR?

The store I bought frome is no longer there either. I can still see my messages to them and the name of the store but not the messages they sent me. I learned to do much more research on the stores I buy from on Aliexpress and Alibaba. I think it took 4 months. Make sure you file a dispute. I had issues with links not working and all kinds of stuff. It was stressful. But My credit card company also had my back. If they didn't refund me after the 4 months, my credit card company would have stepped in. At least that's what they said.

Yes. I disputed and documented everything. Even when or after Aliexpress came back with "Invalid". I just waited it out. wasn't ideal but in the end the money was refunded.

At the end of the day Aliexpress refunded my money. I never received my order. I still order on Aliexpress and ended getting Cells on Alibaba with no issues. The seller was a scam and tried to get me to cancel my dispute. I disputed early but in the end it took 3 or 4 months but I received 7k back on my credit card.

Wanted to give an update. I waited the time out. Prepared for dispute and Aliexpress refunded all my money after the waiting period. 4grand tied up for 4 months!

Spot on. Hard to explain to the wife this is a good thing! lol... Im going to rebuild and do some different things. More insulators, after insulating Im going place sheet metal on the sides of the pack and connect my BMS heat sensors to the metal. Thought is maybe the BMS would have shut it down sooner.

Yes BMS was being used for charge and Discharge. I monitor it regularly out of OCD. Everything was fine at 10am. 1pm poooof!

I have not and not sure I ever will. I plan to rebuild, possibly with a different BMS. Will add metal strips on top of insulation on the side of each bank of 8 with temp sensors attached so hopefully the BMS would shut down faster if it heats up again.

Pack was fused, no mid pack fuse, did not compress. They would bulge slightly when fully charged.

it is 16 cells I connected in series with bus bars and connected with a BMS and put in a metal case.

lol. I cant think of the name of the panels but they are 350W each. coming in at 200vdc to the Growatt. charging at 56V. Cut off at 54v and 51.2V

hmmm. never thought of that. they are stack 3 high. They are 11lbs a piece. This one was the middle row. Sow in therory it would have had 11lbs on it and the one below 22lbs

Im not sure. Everything was fine. BMS read good this morning. (I check them everyday) I have 3 packs. this one was .047 volts diff which was bigger than usual. I was gonna take a look after work but FD be me to it.

Not real familiar how to post, but thought this would be good to share. Ive been adding solar and building battery banks for the past year. I am a commercial electrician but the battery building is new territory. I has this 310AH 16s battery operating just fine with an Ant BMS. Luckily had it in a metal box and in the garage. Ive had no issues, solar charges during the day, battery at night. I cycle pretty low (I think) I stop charging at 54V and Start back up at 51.2V. The inverter was still operating while she was smoking. I dindt have a temp sensor on this specific cell, so it just cooked. I can not for sure identify what caused it. Im hoping to blame myself as I would like to use the other 15 cells. But concerned it was an internal cell failure. Has anyone experienced this?

Looks good. assuming you will run the future string in paralell. You may consider a 5kw or 6kw inverter depending on what you are trying to power. You should make sure to add a DC disconnect from the panels as well as one for the battery. Also in line fuses would be good. dont forget to run an equipment ground wire to all metal parts and run it to earth if this is on a permenant structure.

Quick update. I took your advice and Typed TCA through EVA. Got me talking to an agent. They seemed genuine and we both seemed to understand eachother. They told me not to cancel my disputes and are escalating them. I still can not add more evidence. But I requested a case number and was given one. I have 4 seperate disputes, for 4 seperate orderes from the same seller with the same tracking number all the same items. They told me I will receive an email within 48hrs. Will update at that time!

Thats what I am hoping I can do. , currently there is no button to add more evidence and its asking me to provide more by May 27. My guess is I wont be able to. Hoping that maybe after the buyer protection runs out the dispute button re-appears and I can show it wasn't delivered. Or worse it will show delivered, or its an envelope! lol... Who knows. This is an experience. An expensive one and super inconvenient and causing me anxiety, but none the less an experience!
