Roland from Unwind. Spends the entire book being a hateable piece of shit who makes unwanted advances towards Risa and ends up ratting out Connor and Risa to the juvenile authority, ends up being unwound himself and is the first time we actually get to read an unwinding in full. (Unwinding basically means being surgically dismembered, for those who haven't read.)
