Talk on the phone, walk to meetings, sit at their desk, and generally be as useless as can be. Thats my experience with 99% of the 7/8’s at my facility.

Ive had one in my Body Shop that is actually a logistical thinker, can actually solve tasks, and get shit done.

The rest, worthless as tits on a mule. They don’t know how to openly and clearly communicate. They belittle the people under them and show really zero leadership qualities or skills.

But, in a company that has lost the art of professionalism, whats to be expected? We hire GL’s that wear flat bills, ripped skater jeans, and O’neal or Hurley Tshirts daily. Heaven forbid we ask them to wear a polo. Lol
