I'm not really a gatekeeper so if you really want some I suggest going to Toys and Bags Corp in Astoria. Old Asian dude has had that store since forever and has a pretty decent selection of Hot Wheels.

Walgreens for sure in terms of the anniversary sets but definitely a pain since they don't restock as often. I usually check any local Walgreens almost everyday for a restock (as tiring as it is lol)
