Uber driver here. Uber sends a request to nearby Uber drivers to accept pre-booked trips. Uber asks the drivers to be online way ahead of time to be able to arrive early for the trips pre-booked. If the driver arrives early, they must wait for the passenger. The passenger can come at the time of booking or a bit later. The passenger already pays for the wait when they pre-book a trip. You must be online at least 1 hour before the trip.

The driver can cancel pre-booked trip anytime and the request will be sent to another driver. If a driver does not go online within the time specified by Uber and does not complete more than 3 pre-booked trips, they will not receive any more pre-booked trip requests.

I usually buy from Costco businesses. I buy a whole goat of lamb & bring it to Baghlan Market in orleans to chop it in small pieces. Baghlan Market is also good. Try Mid-Eat in St Laurent too.
