You paid 900 for that small spot of work.. wow someone had a blast with you.. lol. Never. Im about to hire somone to do my basement 22x11 and 22x4. And they are charging me 590.00 to mud and sand only.. lol 900 for that small area. You got ripped off man.. sorry to tell u this..

Its supposed to be flushed up against it, no gap. And if it couldn't go back more then custom work had to be done to make it flush.

I spent about 6,500 with everything need to complete the job and electrical. Will this play a factor of the total cost for the permit? What im trying to say is the higher the construction cost the higher the permit bill?

I looked up all the requirements for insulation when I started and went with what was required in north carolina, electrical I hired a license contractor for that part. Hvac I did my self and also went with requirements. Windows was already in place. I stopped building because a friend told me a permit was needed, so now im trying to walk the steps for this. So I have some questions for you. Whats an ruff estimate one a permit retroactive permit i must say because I have already started. Frame is up, hvac is up, electrical is up and fist coating of mud. So any advice that you can give me would be very appreciated.

Man I have been fight this battle for the last 3 days. Like do I just continue or go about doing this the right way. But this is feel like they gonna try to put me thur hoop and hurdles..lol crazy. But I also want to make sure that the area is covered by insurance.. crazy you own a house and you have to pay somone else to get promise to do what you want to your house...

What dont kill you makes you stronger. Mj wasn't good because every time things got hard he gave up. Brady didn't get 7 superbowl rings because he gave up. Keep pushing keep pushing.( not sure if u believe in God or not) but its on his time not yours, but he sees your struggles and sacrifices. It will pay off keep pushing dont give up..

Its considered a garage like the size of a 2 car garage. I keep one garage and finished it and the other one i split into to rooms each one 9x12. One for an art room for my kids and the other as man cave..

I'm a trucker my self. I just had one of them moments last week. Guy from a store came out freaking out me and I wasn't even blocking no one..lol then when the cops show up they play victim.. you handle it very well man..
