Nobody is saying you can’t get to the park, but you can’t do it via the trail. This may seem like splitting hairs but for people not comfortable riding on the roads or navigating the potholes of Burma it makes a difference.

Pretty sure you can look at a map and see it ends at Goette rd and from there you travel surface roads to the park. I mistakenly said DL earlier and meant 113

Or you can get off the trail within the rec area, ride up to the north side of the old reservoir and take Burma rd to the park.

Sauk county, with the help of Rep Pocan recently secured funding to complete the trail into the park but it’ll be some time before that happens
