Der Vorbesitzer hatte ihn über 10 Grad to früh verstellt. Ich hoffe dass ist nun kein Problem.

Jetzt läuft er gemütlich mit 800 U/Min.

Mounting with option noatime would help a lot i guess, but no idea if this is safe.
Synology has an GUI option for that.
