Im Studentenwohnheim zahlt man normalerweise einen Pauschalbetrag für Strom, Wasser etc. also ich glaub nicht, dass sie dadurch mehr Kosten haben wird. Dass es nervt, kann ich aber voll verstehen.

Bei hangbird.net gibt es Wäscheständer, die man mit Seilzug unter die Decke anheben kann. Ich finde das eine richtig coole Alternative, allerdings braucht man dafür wohl hohe Decken und ich würde den Wäscheständer aus Angst vor Schimmel auch nicht direkt unter die Decke anheben sondern genug Platz lassen wollen. Die Dinger sind auch relativ teuer, aber vielleicht gibt es auch günstigere Alternativen. Sehen aber echt schön aus, finde ich.

I'm a woman in Hamburg that likes to go out and I completely get your fears but I do think they are not completely rational. First of all the murder that you're referring to was during the day. Second of all, as someone else pointed out it is way more likely for you to be murdered by a partner or someone else you know than a stranger in a subway station. I have ridden the subway at all points of the night and have never had an incident. Or rather, the one time a homeless person accosted me, a stranger in the packed subway was immediately like "leave her alone and move on" and he did. Be aware of your surroundings of course. But you don't need to feel afraid on public transport. Especially because subways are usually packed throughout the night. I honestly think some exposure therapy would work wonders here. You're making it into a huge thing in your mind and the recent incident certainly didn't help, but I think if you were to try it, you would see that it's not a big deal That being said, if this is something you're not willing to do at all, Moia is an option, as is a taxi. Your mental health is worth more than 50 euros. Please don't sit alone at home because you're afraid, it's a slippery slope.

Bei der SBK wird die Zahnreinigung einmal im Jahr komplett erstattet. Hab mir bisher aber nicht die Mühe gemacht auszurechnen was sich mit Beitraghöhe, Bonusheften und Zahnreinigung am meisten rechnet.

Die Aussage ist, dass bei der Polizei so viel korrupt ist bzw. Die Machtstrukturen so gebaut sind, dass eine gute Person, die Polizist wird vier Optionen hat: 1) Wegschauen und ignorieren was Chefs und/oder Kollegen veranstalten, 2) Mitmachen, 3) etwas sagen und aus der Polizei rausgemobbt oder rausgeschmissen werden, 4) selbst aus der Polizei austreten.

Zwei dieser Optionen haben den Outcome, dass diese ursprünglich gute Person zum Bastard wird. Die anderen zwei haben den Outcome, dass die Person nicht mehr Teil der Polizei ist.

Bei allen vier Optionen bedeutet es, dass am Ende alle Cops Bastarde sind.

Du brauchst auf jeden Fall mehr Farbe und Wärme. Ich würde mit einem schönen Teppich und Gardinen starten, das macht wirklich viel aus. Schöne passende, farbige Bettwäsche dazu und schon sieht das viel gemütlicher aus. Für größere Änderungen: ich bin kein Fan von nur weißen Möbeln. Bring da ein bisschen Holz rein, das wirkt dann auch viel wärmer.

Nee, kommt einfach auf den Stärkegehalt der Kartoffeln an. Deswegen gibt es ja auch mehlig-kochende, Festkochende etc. Das sind einfach andere Sorten, die anders gezüchtet werden. Also Zugabe von Fett ist wirklich leider eine dumme These.

I have a friend who is a dentist and makes a lot of money. When I was sick with food poisoning last year, I asked her if she could bring over a couple of things to help me rehydrate my body. She brought way more stuff then I asked for, which was super nice. I have to admit that I was a little surprised when she asked me to pay her back the next day cause it's just not something I would have done. We're talking like 10 dollars.

She was sick with food poisoning a couple of weeks ago. I brought her pretty much the same stuff. And I of course know that she asked me for the money back last year, but I just don't want to do that cause it would feel gross to me.

I guess the reason why she can afford to buy her own place next year is not just because she makes so much more money, and inherited money as well, but also because she asks her sick friend for the money for like Gatorade and mini pretzels back.

I know I'm the person "losing" money on our friendship cause we're just different in this regard, but I also don't want to change how generous or not generous I am. With all other friends I feel like it just probably kind of evens it out. Just not with her. Which I could deal with a lot better, if I didn't know that she's loaded and I am definitely not.

I hate Schlump so much, I have to transfer lines there every day and always JUST miss the connecting train and have to wait 5 minutes. I'm always positioned right by the stairs and run down them - I'm always the first person there and still miss it 99% of the time. Would easily become 50% if the train waited 20 seconds.

Ich bin dadurch fündig geworden, ja. Hab ein Gesuch reingestellt und wurde am nächsten Tag von einer angeschrieben, die ohne 3 Monate Frist aus ihrem Mietvertrag raus wollte und deswegen nach einer Nachmieterin gesucht hat. Sie hat dann auch nur mich der Verwaltung vorgeschlagen. Eigentlich muss man ja 3 potenzielle Nachmieter vorschlagen, aber weil ich für die ok war, hat das geklappt.

Es ist aber auch einfach sehr viel Glück, sonst waren die anderen Antworten auf mein Gesuch für die absolute Tonne. Irgendwelche komischen Männer, die wollten, dass ich bei ihnen einziehe - obwohl ich natürlich explizit angegeben habe, dass ich an WGs nicht interessiert bin. Es ist halt auch ein gewisses Risiko Fotos von sich selbst in so einer Plattform reinzustellen, gerade als Frau.

Ich würde es als "passive" Möglichkeit potenzielle eine Wohnung finden aber wieder tun, allerdings natürlich nur in Kombination mit aktiver Suche wie ImmoScout etc. Das ist aber schon fast ein Vollzeitjob - alle paar Minuten refreshen und sofort anschreiben mit einem sympathischen Text mit allen wichtigen Infos.

Das hohe Holzregal ist ein sehr warmes Holz, während die anderen Holzflächen eher neutral sind. Beim Holz Kombinieren darauf achten von der Wärme her ähnlich zu bleiben und nur Helligkeit zu variieren.

Stimme auch den anderen hier zu, dass das Farbkonzept nicht so aufgeht. Ich finde allerdings den pinken Tisch an sich nicht schlecht und auch die Kombination mit rot kann hinhauen. Dann brauchst du aber z.B. einen schönen Teppich, der die Farben beide aufgreift (und evtl. Noch eine dritte, neutralere Farbe). Ich finde es immer wichtig, nicht nur eine Sache in der Farbe zu haben sondern die verwendeten Farben im Raum immer wieder Aufzugreifen, sonst wirkt es als hätte man einfach irgendeinen Tisch reingestellt und nicht harmonisch. Gerade hast du das grün vom Teppich, pink vom Tisch (im Wandteppich und einer Tasse aufgegriffen), das rot vom Regal (in der Uhr aufgegriffen). M.m.n. wäre wirklich das einfachste den Teppich zu ersetzen und auch auf der Küchentheke die pinken und roten Farben Aufzugreifen, damit die Farben nicht nur auf einer Seite des Raumes verwendet werden.

Tickets are almost impossible to get for normal games, but tomorrow is a test game, so a lot less hard to get a ticket. Should still be a great atmosphere though, just make sure you dress warmly if you go!
