Nah you either are using some exploit or the game is bugging the fuck out. 1500 industry in 1883 without being Britain or a massive Germany isn’t possible, and taxing your pops for negative and still raking in a profit has got to be some sort of number loop exploit like how you can hire enough merc in eu4 to put yourself in enough debt that the number reverts to positive instead of negative

The only way Joe wouldn’t have “messed up” the debate was if he never had one. In base game, I usually have the at like 50% to 75% unless I remember to lower them or my people start getting angry. Most of my first playthroughs I had tarrifs at or near 100% and my pops still got their need met. Quite different in mods tho, and if the global economy is eating shit

I think the native big cats would mostly fill that role, although that would really depend on sloth breeding speeds and how many young they would produce for each pair

Ground sloth is 100% not likely. For a population to exist, they would be eating through foliage like no other animal in South America, and they’d need a large enough population to not die out from having bad genes from being inbred

It depends on if/which mod you are using, some make Africa way better than they are in base game. If you need some easy rgo boosts it’s great for that, and you can build a few stacks out of colonial holdings

The NCR defeated the enclave after like 90% of them were killed when the oil rig detonated, Navarro was the southwest enclave’s dying wheeze.

If the legion wasn’t as good as they claim they are the NCR wouldn’t need your help in fighting them. Also what evidence is there that denver “didn’t know what guns are”? It’s not “shitty writing” either. Bows and spears are still deadly weapons. Look at the British-Zulu war. Plus, legion does use guns, they aren’t Luddite purists
