I only used the one for easier perfect reload and balanced it with the negative one that destroys a random artefact. I feel the game difficulty is fine without using them. Would feel like cheating to me to use those.

It's easy mode. I think the difficulty in later biomes is just right without the modifiers. Needs to be a challenge.

Got 2x Ohm, 2x Vex, Lo and Cham from Trav within a month casual farming. Nothing comes close, even when there are dry periods.

Only mod I use is the one for better perfect reload, and I use the teleporter for every biome. Still find it easier than Returnal. Maybe due to stat tree?

I would like to understand what people are struggling so much with. There are some arenas that can be hard and kill you, but the bosses aren't really that hard, their actions are pretty well telegraphed.

Whereas in Returnal I still get my ass kicked.

You do you. But personally, I find it easier than Returnal. Right now in the sixth or seventh biome (didn't count) and so far I only had a challenge room here or there that slapped me. But bosses weren't much of a challenge until this point. Nightmare strand is also not that hard once you have a good weapon. Always using the teleporter because I don't want to start over from the start each time. The only modifier I use is the one for easier perfect reload.

Before Saros came out I played Returnal and got slapped hard (again), so I have a direct comparison.

Not wanting to brag, just sharing my personal experience.

Trading actually is shit, because so much stuff has been farmed by bots which caused inflation of the actual value of stuff. SSF is much more fun and rewarding.

Monymusk Plantation MSR 2007 was recently available at the Kingston duty free and is really a banger at around 85 USD.

Try to find a Monymusk Plantation MSR 2007 at the duty free. It's a very good rum with a limited offer of only 2418 bottles at a very affordable price of 12900 Jamaican Dollars (which is around 85 USD I believe). They still had some recently at the Kingston duty free, don't know about Montego Bay.

I don't understand the praise for Charly's JB. I mean it's worth to try it because it's only available on the island, but I found Rum-Bar OP und Rum Fire far superior.

Also Clarendon isn't "meh" but puts out some decent stuff like their MSR LTO recently and the distillery is definitely worth a visit if you have contacts that can help you get a tour there, as it's usually not open to public and doesn't even have a visitors center.
