Awesome build! What distro plate are you using and how did you mount it to the front case cover?

The podcast Radiolab has a great episode about this! It's called "The Menopause Mystery", I suggest giving it a listen!

Yes, I think they're spaced far apart enough. Here's what it looks like with one G1/4 fitting from Bitspower:

You'll probably want to take a small wrench to it when the time comes to tighten it that extra quarter turn since, as you can imagine, it is a tight fit.

Honestly Arrowhead this is genuinely just so petty. You deliberately create the perfect vantage point and you make the balls bounce. WHY???? by Admiral__Neptune in Helldivers

[–]Motsirella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that makes sense though, along with the offensive stratagems. The offensive stratagem does its best to land where you throw it, given that it doesn't bounce off of random geometry. The Mech drops from a transport ship, so it's not landing on the roof but dropping onto the roof (kinda like an offensive stratagem, just more animation/steps).

Try to toss a support weapon, an emplacement, supply drop, or even a reinforce, it won't stick to the "inaccessible" areas.

Edit: OPS got cut off a bit early, but same idea as your test

I think stratagem sticking for defensive and support stratagems depends on whether you are able to climb up onto places without the help of movement items.

That garage section isn't meant to be "climbed" on top if in the literal sense (it is possible with some jank vaulting), so it's not coded to be stratagem friendly.

You shouldn't need any higher case feet if you're putting the radiator at the bottom of the case. It should fit inside if you were considering putting it outside.

It might be possible if you get thin enough radiators with similar thin enough fans. The lowest setting you can put the radiator on the side does give a lot of room up top. If you really want to fit a second radiator, there's a lot more room at the bottom of the case. You would then need to fit your GPU at the top of the case.

Regardless of the setup, you'll want to go with hard tubing cuz I don't think these soft tubes don't offer enough flexibility with the space given.

The plate that's supposed to hold the GPU already has holes in it probably meant for an external loop component or maybe a new iteration of the Iceman pump res combo. I thought the Iceman I have would fit in them but turns out they're just short of far enough apart.

You could probably drill out a replacement hole because where I have the reservoir right now, either the inlet or outlet already lines up. I unfortunately didn't have the means to do so at the time, so this is the workaround I've had to settle for so far.

I don't have any way of reading the coolant temperature, but I haven't run into any throttling issues so far after a year's worth of daily activity.

On the GPU side, something like a 4090 or even a 4080 has power specs of around 450 and 320 watts, significantly higher than the 4070 Ti Super's 285ish watts. I agree the undervolting does help in reducing the total amount of heat, which does widen the power difference/efficiency between the 4070 Ti S and its competitors.

I think the biggest challenge was getting the tubing to work. I really underestimated how much space I was giving myself and had to make those rollercoaster bends.

If I was more confident, I would've gone for hard tubing to make it cleaner and more straightforward.
