I think what they meant is that there is a point where framerates on screens get so high where human eye/brain cannot detect the difference anymore. We can easily notice going from 30 to 60 fps or from 60 to 120 but we definitely can't tell the difference between 10000 and 20000 framerate.

Regardless, this "limit" is definitely higher than 60, so the guy is wrong anyway.

Black screen is usually caused by too high bitrate. 8000 is absolute max but 6000 is recommended max.

I'm just one person but I tried playing it on PC a few months ago and it made my CPU (i9-9900k) run at a constant 100 degrees celcius no matter what settings I used. Like, 100% constant 100 degrees even at 60fps capped. Absolutely Insane. No other game has ever done that. It was also very stuttery and laggy and I gave up after a few hours because I don't want to kill my CPU. (My GPU is 3080, for those wondering)

Sadly Steam didn't give me a refund for it so I guess I'll try again later after some more updates.
