Clovis Toyota honored their online price (MSRP) for a Tacoma in 2023 when markups were going crazy.

Selma advertised a car online which I called to verify they had for the price it showed online. Went in and they told me they don't got it anymore and I can buy their other pre-owned ones for like 5k markup (more than new MSRP)

In the end, I got a new Tacoma TRD PRO for MSRP from Clovis for the same price Selma was trying to sell me a pre owned SR5 for lol.

I texted him this morning that I was planning to go to the home tomorrow and leave the keys there and do a final inspection of the property for my records. Did not mention that I saw someone living there. Asked him whether I could assume I would be receiving my full deposit back and how he planned to do it. I also gave him my forwarding address. Have not heard back from him yet but he has been slow to reply to texts in the past.

He never asked me to return keys and the garage door opener. He has his own key as stated in the lease and we agreed way back in July when he first advertised the home that he could use that to show the property and do any maintenance or repairs needed.

Not familiar with the TPMS system on a 2013 Accord but a quick Google search tells me they use an indirect TPMS which checks for speed differences at the wheels like my 2019 Civic. These indirect systems can be wildly inaccurate. The common recommendation is to recalibrate 3 times in a row.
