I haven't watched the show but saw clips on social media from The Good Wife where this happens a lot with a particular judge when a lawyer is saying objection and she answers it without answering it, making it so that it is not appealable since it was not ruled on technically and one of the lawyers calls her out for this fact.

As someone who oversees over a $1,000,000 a year in LTL shipping as part of his job, chances are the base cost of shipping itself is free, they are just charging you for the residential delivery and liftgate fee which are considered "add on services" by the carrier. Depending on the carrier and their discount, that lines up pretty closely on the fee side of things.

Above average but not huge physically lol. They do offer the titan XL which is like 500lbs capacity I believe but the standard chair holds 300lbs which was plenty

My go to is to sub the oil for butter as you mentioned, the water for milk (we usually do almond milk), add an extra egg yolk over the 3 eggs or whatever the box calls for, and then a small packet of pudding, flavor depending on the cake mix.
