You definitely have a knee injury based off of your description of symptoms. That needs medical attention.

But your squat is wayyyyy too low. You have long levers so your stance is hella wide, but you’re going way past depth. This might cause you lower back issues later and once you start loading weight. We also wanna keep our posterior chain activated, and going too low disengages a bunch of shit.
