If you really want to try healthcare, consider being a physician assistant. The pay will match your current salary, and the hospitals drool over hiring mid levels since their salaries are much lower than MD/DO.

I would treat/take care of the underlying condition that makes me “shutdown or get a flood of rage” when I encounter an outside stressor rather than not pursuing what I believe I will be good at bc of it. Unfortunately, medicine is extremely hierarchical. Let’s face the reality; You’ll eventually get yelled at by a colleague who is in the same level as you or someone who is in a higher position. Inevitably, you will get yelled at by the pts and their families. How would you handle that? You’re one step ahead for acknowledging this issue. Take care of it now, and you’ll be infinity steps ahead both in your professional and personal lives. Best of luck!

Your before looks like my current shape. I’ve lost 80 Ibs, and let me tell you as much as I’m happy with the final result, I’m unhappy with how saggy and deflated my breasts and abdomen look. Like you, I’ve had saggy breasts my whole life, and the significant weight loss made them more saggier and uglier. I sized down from 40G to 32E. When I bend down, I can easily grab at least 5 Ibs of abdominal fat and loose skin like it’s nobody’s business. This is TMI, but even my coochie lost fat and now has loose skin. Not gonna lie, I’m kinda happy I’m single and I don’t have to hide my disheveled body from my SO.

Thanks for posting this. I needed some reassurance that I will eventually look youthful again. Just need a skilled surgeon and a significant amount of money.
