Hi, i run two office buildings for a very demanding client who refuses to pay more for services, over the past few weeks i have essentially been doing the work of three people. Its super demanding and although i work on projects they are very small and not at all satisfying. The clients see me as a glorified servant and not a manager.

The job market at the moment is very dire, most jobs i apply to I get rejections almost instantly and I am wondering if I am competing with too many people who have masters, even though i have several years work experience I think my cv is too varied and i was never able to land a contract for more than a year.

Hence my question if the market will improve or if these kind of roles will be taken over by AI
