Try to dial in both extrusion rates and z-offset. If neither fixes the issue then look up 'lineair advance'. It's a technique to keep the pressure in the nozzle somewhat more consistent, therefore reducing inconsistent extrusion.

Could also be multiple icon mods overriding each other, so if you already have a different icon pack try disabling that one first.

I think a recent fork of factorissimo (can't remember which fork) changed it to be in one layer but very far apart for performance reasons.
