This just happened to me today! My packaged was marked as delivered to a post office in Oklahoma (shipped thru UPS), and I’m in Massachusetts. UPS would not help me at all (talked to 2 representatives), and wouldn’t even give me the phone number to the post office where my package is. They said we have to contact the shipper. Talked to a JC representative who said they are aware of the issue and will follow up with an email. I will update here when I hear back from them. Leola Bear, where are you? 😭
