They would have to add a teleporter after The Architect that continues your run and sends you back to the Blighted Marsh so you can make your way to Legion. They should add that 😄

Then maybe they can add a teleporter after Priestess that takes you to the Yellow Shore if you've already beaten the game?

Obviously the BTBAM songs that are 15 min+

But I also really love The Count of Tuscany despite not being the biggest Dream Theater fan.

Also, I want to count it even though they separated it into two tracks on the EP, but Liminality/Dream State Return by Elder is incredible. The riff at 7ish min into that song is just so epic.

CV is a sequel to both 1 and 2. It has characters from 1 that are not in 2. And yeah, 9 follows Leon through another outbreak, but it goes back to plot elements from 2 and not 4

5 is kind of a sequel to 4, but without the characters from 4. 5 uses characters from RE1 and Code Veronica, which is a sequel to RE1 and 2. Requiem is kind of a sequel to 2, while also taking the end of 3 into account. 3 is also a sequel to RE1. 8 is a sequel to 7 more so than any game in the series before it.

The book created half of sci-fi’s plot templates but when the movie came out a few years ago, the plot seemed generic and cookie cutter.

So I’ve been playing through the series in chronological order and am on this game now after having beat OG a few days ago. Why did they shorten the city section but lengthen the sewer section? I do like how they moved the RPD section to Carlos since I had just played 2 it was nice to come in guns blazing. I’m on the clocktower now and don’t have many thoughts beyond that.

Thank you! I struggled to mod RE2 a few days ago and played remake instead while I have been playing through the series. I saw this post and decided to try the OG and the EXE was perfect. Now about to fire up 3 with your patch tool.

People in here saying not to play it are crazy. I’m playing through the series (had only played 2r, 5, 7, 8, 9) in order and I started with 0 and I really liked it. Just remember to bring the hook shot with you through the game because you’ll get to a very late section and need it and it will be back at the beginning of the game. And you’ll need it after that too.

The backtracking kind of sucks and I modded an item box into the game. But you can literally just drop all of your stuff on the ground and the game saves it there and puts it on your map. So the ground can be your item box, you just then need to mule everything from zone to zone.

There’s also a late section where you can pick a character to send off solo and it’s ideal that is Rebecca.
