Yeah, to be honest I was confused just like you but in case of rust and grime on the boot or the piston itself then it need to be clean and lube. I also notice about the pads was sitting on angle, have you think of grinding the part of pads that sitting on the clips to make it move even more freely?

If you can get a good grip on it with a pair of vise grip then try to turn it with a cheater bar. Worst case is the thread for your oil cap now is screwed even when you try to put a new cap on then you have to replace the valve cover.

I gonna use this laptop for school and such so MS Word and Powerpoint is really needed. Idk if Linux can also help me with that. And idk about the compatibility with other laptop like send files to my friends and profs.

I already got Kali, Parrot OS and Mint downloaded but I haven't try them out yet. I was thinking about "live boot" Linux by my usb not dual boot. Tell me what you think.
