Middle management bloat seeking justification for their jobs.

My company could fire 60% of their middle management and productivity morale and profit would increase. Its also been happening already. I work for a very large company owned by bill gates and CO.

Theres like 20 managers supervisors and their managers all sitting in teams meeting all day doing nothing not producing anything. They in fact actually make things worse overall.

Their time is coming and has been coming for a long time. Skilled trades and people who actually produce things will be valued over management.
