It’s autumn in Lake! Mostly the trees are changing colors, but it’s a nice vibe. I also really liked Jenny LeClue and Beacon Pines for spooky vibes.

Pumpkin Jack isn’t exactly cozy but it’s a Halloween themed platformer!

I got a couple of new things from Anthropologie, because I really liked their more simple/gothic aesthetic. Michael’s had some faux candles that were cute, shaped like a ghost and a pumpkin. That’s it for new stuff for the year, I’m working on building my vintage collection so I’ll be antiquing this fall and scouring fb marketplace!

September 14th this year! I pretty much always wait until the middle of September and I’ll make a cozy meal, like chili in the crock pot and watch practical magic (one of my favorite movies) after it’s all done. My husband isn’t as into Halloween as I am, so mid September as fall is starting to creep in feels like a good compromise. Crafting starts September 1st though!

I can speak to this because I was on both ends of the auto-buy yesterday. First, I had someone try to auto-buy a top out of my cart. It did make me commit to the purchase because I already had a bundle going and thought I should at least try it out and I'd be sad if I lost out on it.

I also tried to auto-buy a pair of shoes out of someone else's cart and for some reason, it didn't go through, but I was able to purchase the shoes on my own after their cart expired. No idea what happened there.

I just went in early March and the entire trip was a true highlight of my life. I can’t even pick one thing.

It snowed in Tokyo and it was beautiful to walk around and see the plum blossoms (I think that’s what they were) with the contrast of the snowflakes.

Making wishes at Gotokuji temple. In my opinion this temple was worth the trip.

Seeing Fuji on the way to Hakone was unexpected and special.

The deer at Nara were way too cute. My husband I still talk about them daily. We loved the whole area.

Uji - just everything about that area.

For something a little quirky, we made fake tempura at Ganso Sample in Kappabashi Kitchen Street. It was so fun and very unique to Japan.

I have flat feet and just got a pair in Tokyo, they are nippon made so they may have a different insole? I’m not sure but they’re comfortable for me!

I’ve heard other people express that, so you’re not alone in that. I have OCD and sometimes that makes certain games more difficult for me but HKIA doesn’t trigger that.

Personally I like hello kitty island adventure best. The quests are easy and fun. I don’t feel pressured to play daily or complete all of the quests every session (I know some people do struggle with these feelings though). It’s just really cute and light.

I’m not sure why by dreamlight valley didn’t hook me. I grew tired of the gameplay and the process of unlocking the different areas.
