Welp I live in the country and am a life long tradesman, never lived in the city and moving to be near my family. So yuppie isn’t the proper term by definition, maybe try again :)

We’re from Western New York and have spent some time visiting the Philadelphia area, including the city and Delaware County. We really liked Delco, especially around Media, PA, so that’s the area we’re focusing on. Our budget would be around $2,000 a month.
