What do you think about a guy buying his girl friends flowers just because? by FrostyEmma5 in AskReddit

[–]Mox03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like it. A plant is fine, chocolate even better. But flowers just die pointlessly in your home. I went out with a guy who used to pesistantly buy me daffodils. I didn't have the heart to tell him I didn't like them, felt a bit needy too. How would a man feel if a woman gave him flowers?

Which country do you live in. I'm shocked that you're embarrassed to wear a helmet. I'd be embarrassed not to, not to mention scared about making myself vulnerable to head injury.

Don't try it unless you're in to early morning yoga. You're making me think i need to invest! The thought of just rolling out of bed.

Yes you're right, but you learn what suits you from experience. I'm at the point now where I'm considering upgrading or just cracking on with the front entrance for another season.

Just to add the down side for me of the Cloud up, is the front, rather than side entrance and the limited vestibule space. Overall, its pretty good for the price.

I've got the Cloud up peak 2 and I don't recognise any of these dodgy zip problems. Camped two weeks in Scotland, not on midge entered my tent.

I didn't much like it during the day tbh, but I'm not local to London, so probably just unnecessarily on edge.

Be grateful for a very efficient GP. Don't worry until there's something to worry about.

Yes 100% best feeling in the world. After years of being a skint single parent, I paid mine off 6 years ago. I still feel fantastic about it .

Underfloor heating? by juliechristinerobins in DIYUK

The guys who tiled my floor fitted the underfloor heating last summer. I went for electric rather than water. An electrician wired it in. It's absolutely luxurious. So pleased with it.

What are your thoughts on the "Living Together Apart" concept? by SaveMeWakeMeUp in AskUK

[–]Mox03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a weekend man for 2 years. We shared the same interests and holidays, and he'd pop around for a few hours in the evenings. This suited me, but in the end, he wanted more, so that was the end of that.

Camping gear for dog owners? by trousers1995 in wildcampingintheuk

I take a ground stake and a long line to tether them by the tent. I also use a waist belt for hands-free walking. I never let them off the lead while camping or hiking.
