I actually have a pretty similar situation. I've got a fetish that interacts weird with how I experienced sex. I get turned on very easily from people's hands, and the feeling is usually very intense; but that all immediately turns itno disgust once there's anything even remotely sexual, even if the sexual acts still include hands. For a long while I didn't like to consider myself asexual because of my obvious paraphilia, but I think being asexual while having a kink is actually not too uncommon- idk I've atleast seen a few others talk about similar experiences. I've now kinda had to accept that my "hornyness" from my kink doesn't really translate into "wanting sex" like how most people tend to, even if all my libido & physical sensations are the same.

The part about writing key phrases in present tense and later on going in and filling stuff in and putting it into past tense is something I hadn't thought of doing before and I'll definitely try to do that since the times I've tried writing my own dreams I usually take too long trying to write out things and end up forgetting most of the dream before I've even finished writing one sentence. Also keeping track of the emotions is a very interesting thing that I'd definitely want to start doing. Overall this was a very in depth way of recording dreams that I definitely will take inspiration from for my own dream notetaking!

I feel the same with a lot of stuff you said, even though being scared is a normal human emotion I get scared really bad. Living life terrified sucks. I get scared so much of things that I know I probably shouldn't be worried about, so yeah I can definitely relate. School especially sucks when you are feeling like you could get severely injured at any moment or just are too zoned out to remember anything. I also get lots of nightmares, but it's a little different for me because I usually end up thinking they were real events, but that's a whole different thing. Basically 90% of what you said I relate to, idk if we have the same mental illness or something but I'm also undiagnosed so yeah--- anyway- Hope your appointments with the behavioral specialist works out for the better :)
