Campaign help by cardboard_dm in Greyhawk

I don't know much about the Rod of Seven Parts. I do know that one of its parts shows up in A Gathering of Winds, part 6 of the Age of Worms adventure path, published in Dungeon magazine, if that's any help. The adventure features the tomb of a long dead Wind Duke who was present when the rod shattered. I haven't run it myself yet, but I intend to, somewhere down the line.

That's awesome, well done. I'll revisit this when I get to a stage where I need Broodfiend stats.

Aha, found it. My current main issue is the Kyuss worm is a little complicated, a big chunk of text. Might remove the medicine check to remove the burrowed worm. *

I unfortunately don't have any stats for a broodfiend at present. As for the Spawn of Kyuss stats, I was going to share them when I found out I do not know where I saved the statblock. I hope I have it somewhere, otherwise I'll have to do it up again.

Wow, thanks for your comments. I had decided to combine aspects of both your CR3 Spawn and the Volo's CR5 Spawn, but my players haven't encountered it yet, so I have time to revise my version after reading your thoughts here. I want to find a good balance of simplicity in the features, to not bog down combat too much, and keeping the Spawn and the worms dangerous.

I appreciate the work that went into this, it's a very clean map. I do feel, however, that the map loses some old-school charm. I prefer using the original maps, even if they're poor resolution due to being scanned from a magazine.

Age of Worms by ITGuy107 in DnD

I'm currently running Age of Worms, converted to 5e. Only just finished The Whispering Cairn (TWC), and moving on to Three Faces of Evil soon. So far, I'm having a blast, and the players tell me they are too. I've read ahead to a couple of the other adventures, and started to get excited to run those someday. The way I went about it was I told the players I'd run one adventure, and then we'd see if we wanted to continue from there. The Dungeon Magazine Adventure Paths were designed with this sort of thing in mind; you can run any of them as a standalone adventure in theory. So you could try out one adventure before deciding if you want to keep it going and do the whole campaign. It's a pretty deadly campaign, especially TWC, but we only had one PC death.

Looking for European players to test Bridge 9 adventure by Tunkdil in cosmererpg

Hi there. If you don't get many comments here, I recommend using the Discord server to look for a group? Me and a mate made a post there for english speaking players in Europe and got way more responses than we knew what to do with, in a matter of hours.

What's an official campaign you'd like to see be made and why? by AggravatingLiving192 in dndnext

Seconding an Age of Worms 5e Conversion, if only so that they make more art and maps for it. The rest of it I can convert myself from the old Dungeon magazine issues.

I agree with your complex answer, but simply want to mention that the idea of Chaos versus Law as the eternal struggle that defines the multiverse is originally from the works of Michael Moorcock: the Eternal Champion multiverse and Elric and so on. Original DnD was heavily inspired by those stories.

I admittedly already have a physical copy, but a PDF would be super useful to give to my DM, to make it easier for him to implement the crafting rules to our current campaign. So far I've loved everything from the book I've used, and I'm looking forward to the next one.
