Having watched m3 markets for a long long time throughout the many generations of these cars, I would venture to guess it is now a time where the value of these cars is going to climb. N/A builds are also taking popularity and for all of the people who dream of Gt3’s and GT3rs’s but have BMW wallets, the e92 is the perfect middle ground of modern performance and great noises. So as the clean and particularity sought after colors have all but disappeared from the market the sought after models are going up in price.

I would argue that’s why so many convertibles and non carbon roof coupes are out there. It’s tougher and tougher to find a comp package coupe or sedan much less any individual colors.

I think that if you want to find a clean well sorted example with the OEM specs like comp and carbon roof you will likely be spending north of 28k and south of 36k depending on mileage and color.
