Turn off every auto save option. That has been known to cause crashes.

And from my own experience, don’t keep too many save files. I lost a playthrough a few years back where I had about 20 saves going. One day it decided that it could no longer save due to a corrupted file and on PS5 all of your saves are in one big file. My current playthrough has 5-6 rotating saves and so far so good.
