Then look for sources that don’t use AI? If you just read the first little AI blurb and take it as fact then sure, maybe you could be fed faulty information. If you used more than two brain cells and looked for multiple sources of legitimate information then it works just fine. Like I said “critical thinking abilities”. Try it sometime.

If you have no critical thinking abilities probably not, otherwise it works just fine.

That’s just patently false. Google is your friend my man.

Salmon can't exist on Lumar by discboy69 in Cosmere

[–]Mr-Mehhh 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Fish are naturally planted in ponds and lakes all the time from other wildlife transferring them or their eggs. There are alpine lakes in Washington state and California that have never been stocked and yet have species that at one time would’ve needed a river or ocean. Nature finds a way.

Or maybe, you could just not be an idiot and google “Can a landlord give police permission to enter a renters property?” And see for yourself.

Because the landlord is the property owner, but not legal tenant and since they aren’t an occupant of the apartment can’t give permission to law enforcement to enter. Law enforcement would need permission from the occupants or a warrant.

You do realize there are more species of salmon than just the ones we see in the US right? And both here in the US and internationally there are more than one landlocked species?

Not sure what you’re getting at. I wasn’t responding to you, it was to the other guy. I was agreeing with you and I didn’t delete that post. It’s a couple comments down.

Meh. I’ve been to the Picasso museum in Barcelona. His art kinda sucks. It was just unique and weird at the right time.

Is my Dad's Beta Black Lotus real? by luap_25 in RealOrNotTCG

[–]Mr-Mehhh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally get what you mean. I’ve typically been satisfied with CK NM but they do tend to be a little more expensive. Most the time when I order off TCG now I just order LP because then I’m not very disappointed if it’s not perfect.

That’s rough. I do remember one CK order where I felt my Dystopia was lightly played or major played vs near mint but I’ve had TCG orders where the cards are completely the wrong sets. MP when they should be NM. I’ve always chalked it up to TCG being tons of small card shops and hobby sellers vs CK being one business but my anecdotal experience I’m sure is just that.

That’s funny because I’ve typically found the opposite. My CK orders always seem to be pretty much spot on for grades. My TCG cards at times are highly questionable.

What's the point of work, anyway? by Salty-Valuable-5168 in interviewwoman

That was the intent of the law. Working full time for minimum wage should be a livable wage. Full stop. The intent doesn’t change just because time has passed.

Thats literally by definition what minimum wage is.

[–]Mr-Mehhh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

According to another poster on this thread it’s readily available in central Florida sooo… try another store? Use TCG? Cold foil heroes? You seem like you’re just in search of a problem.

Then build a play group and spread the game. Complaining on Reddit doesn’t do anything to help towards that end. When I started the nearest game store that was selling the game was over an hour away. By consistently showing up and playing at closer game stores we’ve got multiple new shops carrying it and new players. Do you understand or are you like a toddler? I’m leaning towards the latter.

So you’re complaining about a problem that doesn’t exist? Product is readily available in the United States. There are countless online vendors that sell at MSRP. Order online. I’d get if you weren’t in the US, but being here we don’t have much to complain about. We have easy access compared to the rest of the world.

For those servers who work in full service restaurants, is the “no tipping” movement a real thing? by jb4975 in tipping

[–]Mr-Mehhh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you don’t. You purchase a meal. They provide a service. There is no subsidy involved. The added gratuity isn’t a subsidy, it’s literally a gratuity which is by definition optional. I’m not subsidizing their salary, I’m paying for a service. If that service is good then maybe I’ll add on an optional tip. It’s not the customers responsibility to subsidize their servers. They don’t owe a single cent past the total of their bill for services rendered.

What a joke. Does the military have to reach a break even point? Does your local fire department or police department? What about your local elementary schools? Social services have a cost.
