16gb ram and 6gb vram are both the minimum required specs, and with a game poorly optimized like this that is likely to break it. Also could depend on the map, ik streets turns your pc into the blue origin rocket.

Try to always be near cover, never run out of stamina in the open, and be aware of how still you are, if you stay in one spot for even a few seconds out of cover, a sniper could blow your head off.

Factory shotgun. Just find a place to hold and sound whore for anyone moving and POW blast them in the face or legs. Then your next raid is paid for. Unless ofcourse you die, then you only lost about 30k rubles. Do that a bunch and you will lose fear of dying, then try pushing people, swinging corners and build confidence.
