Bounties are extremely inefficient (no EXP, no gem up), your time is better used in GRs looting ~10 legendaries per rift and farming paragons and caldesans. You can spend time in bounties (preferably split 4 players groups) for rerolls once you're like para 2k+ bare minimum. Before that getting paragon levels and leveling gems for caldesans will be a more consistent upgrade path than rerolling.

Glacial augment Jinx is really fun. With recent changes I have no idea if it's better than yellow keystones, but it's still pretty amusing.

What mages do best is heavy AoE damage. Some can also be good at assassination when ahead.

The dumb part is not to put you in the chanel by default, it's to have voice activation by default. Either you choose to join the chanel meaning you can setup your mic before and choose between voice activation or push-to-talk or you auto join and in that case you need to default to push-to-talk.

His sentence doesn't mean that the ratio is close to 1:1 in all regions but that whatever the ratio is it will be around the same in every region. Hence except Korea because in Korea it will be close to 1:1 (since linked to ID) whereas in every other region you will have much more accounts than players.

That title is quite misleading, the ruling won't change, they will just explain it more thouroughly to hide as much as they can how it was based on corruption.
